What is the Real Food Pledge Challenge?

It’s an online 8 week programme for people who want to cut out processed food. Start right from the beginning from transforming your mind,  pantry and fridge situation, learn new recipes and change old habits to improve health and wellbeing. During this program I will be guiding you each week with a new module, recipes, menu plans and teach you about living a real food lifestyle.

How does it work?



Every week for eight weeks, new modules are released where you will receive access to videos, menu's, recipes, shopping lists, checklists and worksheets. Every module is packed the information that is designed to answer all of your questions about living a real food lifestyle and how to make it easy and doable. I promise to make it simple so that it fit's in with your busy life.

 

What do you get?

 

  • 23 Videos: New videos are released each week as you walk through each module giving you step by step guides regarding transitioning to a real food lifestyle. They are designed to be short and not overwhelm you.
  • 8 Menu Plans: Every module comes with a menu plan for that week as well as all of the recipes that you will need.
  • 8 Shopping Lists: Every module comes with all of the shopping lists, to make it super simple.
  • 16 Information sheets: New information sheets are released as each module opens. These information sheets provide you with detailed information about each module.
  • 12 Checklists: The checklists help you to stay on track when you are moving through the steps as you transition to your new real food lifestyle. 
  • Private Facebook community: Once you’re in you’ll be added to our private FB
    community where you will have access to me plus your fellow Real Food Pledge members. You will never be alone in this journey!
  • Weekly Facebook Lives: Caralee will be live in the FB group every week covering the topics of the week. She will be there to empower you and you can ask any burning questions.

 This 8-week Challenge isn’t for everyone.

 

I value the private group that is part of this challenge. It is a source of inspiration, motivation and support. I would prefer to work with a small group of people who are committed to taking action, than a large group of people who are just looking for a quick fix… because quick fixes are not the answer, true change is.

I am not looking for perfection in this challenge. I am looking for action takers and doers. If you slip-up, it’s okay— the Real Food Pledge community is here to support you every step of the way. I want you to do your best and take small steps towards eating more real foods until you embrace the lifestyle (which I think you will when you see the results!)

 

The 8-Week Challenge is NOT for you, if....

 

  • You’re looking for a quick diet fix.
  • You expect to lose 10+ kilos after the challenge (weight loss may be an amazing benefit for some people in this challenge, but it’s not the primary focus).
  • Eight weeks just seems too long. I know that eight weeks is a huge commitment, but it takes time to see transformation. We all have a life-time of bad habits and mindsets around food and real change doesn’t happen over-night.
  • Since this challenge incorporates a private group — I want people with a positive “can-do” attitude who are ready to make significant changes in their health right now. I promise we’ll be here for you when you’re ready.
  • You are or have been under medical supervision. Since I am not a doctor or nutritionist, if you have any concerns whatsoever, please consult your healthcare provider to confirm what path is best for your personal health.

Hey there, I'm Caralee Fontenele.

Thanks for visiting - I’d love for you to join me for Real Food Pledge Challenge! I am so excited about your transformation and how amazing you are going to feel after only a short eight weeks.  Let me introduce myself as there’s a good chance we have some things in common. 

I have always loved food, but felt like it didn't like me. When I went to Thailand in 2012 and only ate local food for four weeks, I felt incredible. I realised that all my life I had been eating the wrong food, mostly way too much processed food such as breads, pasta, packet foods, diary and sugar. I started Real Food Pledge in 2013 and since then have written two best selling cookbooks.
